Orrick’s Structured Finance team is seeking a hardworking associate for our New York office with 3-5 years of structured and specialty finance experience with particular a focus on warehouse lines, forward flow transactions and other origination funding programs to support lender and platform growth. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.
3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000.
Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
