Overview Orrick’s Structured Finance team is seeking a hardworking associate for our New York office with 3-5 years of structured and specialty finance experience with particular a focus on warehouse lines, forward flow transactions and other origination funding programs to support lender and platform growth. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group. Orrick’s U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to financings across a broad range of asset classes. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
