Responsibilities

Orrick's structured finance group seeks an attorney with 3-9 years of experience in securitization / structured finance to join our team. Prior CMBS experience a plus, but not required. Orrick's U.S. structured finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our structured finance group has deep experience in, and is primarily engaged in, all aspects of commercial mortgage securitization transactions, as well as residential mortgage, auto, credit card and esoteric securitizations, CLOs, repackagings, re‑securitizations, and other financings. The attorney hired for this position would be primarily engaged with the CMBS team.

Qualifications

3-9 years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $435,000.

Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job‑related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
