U.S. Bank is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst to support complex trust and structured finance transactions, manage cash and asset activity for trust accounts, ensure accurate processing, and work with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical education or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Role requires working from a U.S Bank location 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and asset activity for a portfolio of trust accounts.
• Monitor account balances, overdrafts, and uninvested cash positions.
• Process funding transactions and disbursements per governing documents.
• Review transaction documentation to determine timing and movement of funds/assets.
• Prepare trust accounting system entries and support daily account administration.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure controls, legal requirements, and client expectations are met.
• Research and resolve account inquiries, exceptions, and transaction issues.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and client service.
