Job summary

Evercore is seeking a senior analyst or junior associate to join the Structured DCM team within Private Capital Advisory. The role focuses on debt capital markets across private and public structures, with a strong emphasis on execution and client service in New York.

You will work on underwriting, deal execution, and collaboration with sponsors and institutions, leveraging ABS knowledge and Excel/PowerPoint strengths.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years of investment banking experience.
• 2+ years with FIG DCM experience and/or rating agency.
• Experience leading deal processes from pitch to execution.
• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent knowledge of structured ABS products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, mature and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead as underwriter and support all financing aspects.
• Drive deal processes from pitching to execution.
• Coordinate settlement, billing and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams.
