Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic professionals to join its expanding team in Mansfield, OH. The Structured Activities Coordinator will plan, develop, and implement structured activities, supervise community service projects, and report hours in the client database.

The role also reinforces the Behavioral Management System (BMS) through tangible rewards for residents, contributing to VOA’s mission across Ohio and Indiana.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree in human/social services or behavioral sciences.
• Must have intermediate software and computer applications skills.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement structured activities.
• Supervise and complete in-house and outside community service projects and reporting.
• Enter and report structured activity hours in the client database.
• Support the Behavioral Management System (BMS) with tangible rewards and recognition.
