Job summary

GLOBAL Recruitment Solutions LLC currently seeks 32 Structural Welders for direct-hire roles with a leading heavy equipment manufacturer in Oshkosh, WI. The position offers starting pay of $26.13/hr, rising to $31.76/hr after welding certification and up to $33.61/hr with second-shift premium, plus overtime.

You will perform MIG/GMAW welding on large steel components, read blueprints, fit and weld assemblies, and ensure weld quality per specs.

Qualifications

• MIG/GMAW welding experience required.
• Ability to read welding blueprints.
• Experience with steel fabrication or heavy equipment welding preferred.
• Ability to pass onsite welding test and obtain in-house certification.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. person requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule

Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for approximately 6–12 weeks.

After Certification: Second shift, Monday–Friday, beginning at 2:30 PM. Overtime and extended shifts required as scheduled.
