Job summary

GLOBAL Recruitment Solutions LLC is recruiting 32 Structural Welders for a direct-hire role in Oshkosh, WI. Start pay is $26.13/hr with certification, rising to $31.76/hr upon welding certification and up to $33.61/hr with second-shift premium. Overtime and company training are available; health and retirement benefits are provided.

Responsibilities include MIG/GMAW welding on large steel assemblies, reading blueprints, and completing quality welds to spec. ITAR U.S. person restrictions apply.

Qualifications

• MIG/GMAW welding experience on large steel components.
• Ability to read welding blueprints and symbols.
• Experience with steel fabrication or heavy equipment welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fitting, tacking, welding and finishing steel assemblies.
• Producing quality welds to established specifications.
