Job summary

GLOBAL Recruitment Solutions LLC is recruiting 32 Structural Welders for a direct-hire role in Oshkosh, WI. Start pay is $26.13/hr with certification, rising to $31.76/hr upon welding certification and up to $33.61/hr with second-shift premium. Overtime and company training are available; health and retirement benefits are provided.

Responsibilities include MIG/GMAW welding on large steel assemblies, reading blueprints, and completing quality welds to spec. ITAR U.S. person restrictions apply.

Qualifications

We're hiring 32 Structural Welders for direct-hire opportunities with a leading heavy equipment manufacturer in Oshkosh, WI!

What You'll Be Doing

• MIG/GMAW structural welding on large heavy equipment components
• Reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Fitting, tacking, welding and finishing steel assemblies

What We're Looking For

• MIG/GMAW or structural welding experience
• Ability to read welding blueprints
• Experience with steel fabrication or heavy equipment welding preferred
• Ability to pass an onsite welding test and obtain in-house certification
• Must meet ITAR U.S. person requirements

Schedule

Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for approximately 6–12 weeks.

After Certification: Second shift, Monday–Friday, beginning at 2:30 PM. Overtime and extended shifts required as scheduled.
