Trillium Construction is now hiring Stick Welders in the Brownsville, TX area! Per diem available for those who qualify!

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 6am-6pm.Pay: $33-$35 an hour depending on experience.Per diem: $100/all 7 days as long as scheduled shifts are worked. Duties include selecting materials for welding, preparing metal parts, performing welding techniques, inspecting welds for quality and safety, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.

Formación

• 3+ years structural stick welding experience.
• Must hold welding certification.
• State ID is required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Select appropriate materials for welding, including types of metals and other considerations.
• Prepare metal parts by cutting, shaping and fitting them to align with specifications.
• Perform various welding techniques to fuse metal components together.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct repairs on existing metal structures as needed.
• Welding on rail clips.
• Adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks in the working environment.
