Job summary

Trillium Construction is hiring Iron Workers and Millwrights in the Brownsville, TX area. Work is Monday-Saturday, 6am-6pm, 70-78 hours per week. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience, plus a per diem of $125 every day.

The project is scheduled to last about one month. Responsibilities include measuring, installing rail components, aligning rails, and following OSHA safety procedures. Candidates must have on-site credentials and be comfortable working at heights up to 325

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Iron Worker or Millwright experience.
• Credentials required to access the work site.
• Must be comfortable working from heights up to 325 feet.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark crane runway locations.
• Install rail beams, clips, ties, and support structures.
• Set and align crane rails to engineering specs.
• Bolt and fasten rail components.
• Use laser alignment and surveying equipment.
• Follow OSHA and site safety procedures.
• Work from heights and in industrial environments.
