Job summary

Next Level Steel, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fitting, with MIG and Dual Shield experience, and a focus on precision and quality in structural steel fabrication.

Qualifications

• Mig and Dual Shield experience required.
• 3+ years verifiable experience with structural steel.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe boots and other PPE.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Mig and Dual Shield welding.
• 3+ years verifiable experience with structural steel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possess math skills for day-to-day shop calculations.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.
