Job summary

Apache Workforce is seeking experienced Structural Welders for Midland, TX. Day and Overnight shifts are available. Pay rate ranges from $25.50 to $41.57 per hour, with a two-hour 2G groove-weld test and qualification process required to pass AWS D1.1 visual and bend testing.

Responsibilities include assembling, fabricating, and fitting structural components, reading blueprints, welding and bolting to specification, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment on site.

Qualifications

• Experienced structural welder with ability to read engineering blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Must successfully complete the required welding qualification test.
• Candidates must pass AWS D1.1 visual and testing criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and fit structural components for poles.
