Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC is seeking a Structural Welder for El Mirage, AZ. This first & second shift role offers a pay scale of $24-35/hour, plus $100/day per diem for travelers over 60 miles from the job site.

You will weld structural steel in shop and field settings, following WPS and project specs, and read fabrication drawings. Ideal candidates have Flux-Core Arc welding experience with structural steel and heavy fabrication.

Qualifications

• Must have Flux-Core Arc welding, structural steel and heavy fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding on steel beams, columns, and fabricated assemblies.
• Weld light and heavy structural steel in a shop environment.
• Follow applicable WPS requirements and project specifications.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• Complete production welding safely and efficiently.
• Maintain weld quality throughout the fabrication process.
