Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of welding experience (structural preferred).
• Able to pass weld test; certification not required.
• Strong attention to fit-up and weld quality.
• Comfortable working with heavier steel assemblies.
• Prior experience with billboard work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings.
• Measure and lay out steel accurately.
• Fit/align structural assemblies ahead of welders for clean, consistent welds.
• Basic welding (MIG, flux core, tack) is a nice-to-have, not required.
