Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Structural Welder in Irving, TX for a temporary assignment from October 2026 through December 2026. The role requires welding, fabrication and repair of structural steel per blueprints and specifications.

Shift options include 5am–5pm or 5pm–5am with site-specific online training before start. Candidates must have welder certifications, be able to read blueprints, and demonstrate safe operation of welding/fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of structural steel welding and fabrication techniques.
• 2+ years of structural welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, welding symbols, drawings and work instructions.
• Weld structural steel components using MIG, FCAW, SMAW or other approved processes.
• Set up and operate welding machines, cutting equipment, grinders and other tools.
• Fit, align and position structural steel components prior to welding.
• Measure and inspect completed work for proper dimensions and weld quality.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Keep production and inspection records as required.
