Job summary

TradeWorX is seeking 3 experienced Structural Welders for a commercial construction project in Havre de Grace, MD. The assignment runs approximately two months with a start date of November 9, 2026, at a rate of $30–$34 per hour on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Candidates should have hands-on structural steel welding experience and be familiar with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes, plus current AWS D1.1 welding qualifications. Overtime may be available based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable professional welding experience.
• AWS D1.1 welding certification required.
• Familiarity with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural steel welding and fabrication on an active commercial construction jobsite.
• Weld structural steel and related components according to project requirements.
• Utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes as required by assigned work.
• Prepare materials and welding surfaces to support quality welds.
• Inspect completed welds for visible defects and workmanship quality.
• Follow established jobsite safety procedures and coordinate with other trades.
