Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a Structural Welder to join our Fort Worth, TX fabrication facility. The candidate will weld structural plates and pipes across multiple positions, following WPS/PQRs and job specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, preparing surfaces, and performing inspections with precision instruments. The role requires heavy emphasis on safety and ISO 9001 readiness, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding WPS/PQRs and ability to set up for all positions.
• Analyze blueprints for weld insignia and apply to components.
• Prepare metal surfaces and ensure welds meet job requirements with precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and welding specs for structural plates and pipe.
• Perform welding in all required positions using SMAW, FCAW or GTAW.
• Inspect welds using micrometers and calipers to ensure dimension accuracy.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts to move material safely.
• Comply with safety, quality systems (ISO 9001) and PPE requirements.
