Aerotek's York, PA welding team is hiring an experienced Structural Steel Welder for a 1st shift position in a heavy fabrication shop. You will weld structural steel components using flux-core processes, read blueprints, perform fit-up, and place welds to exact specifications in a heavy industrial setting.
Responsibilities include operating overhead cranes and fabricating tools safely, inspecting welds, and maintaining a clean, organized shop.
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Welder to join our fabrication team. This role focuses on welding and fabricating structural steel components using flux-core welding processes while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $25-$35/hr based on experience
Heavy industrial steel fabrication shop with overhead cranes, welding stations, and fabrication equipment. Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and basic personal welding tools are required.
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
