  • Lead projects from contract award through closeout, directing engineering review, detailing, shop fabrication, logistics, and field installation
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate design intent into coordinated fabrication and erection plans
  • Control RFIs, submittals, change orders, scope management, and contract compliance
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, delivery sequencing, and erection planning to support active construction sites
  • Oversee job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
  • Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Support estimating teams with technical review of bid documents and constructability input
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Minimum five years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication and erection within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction
  • Demonstrated experience delivering steel packages for complex facilities such as power plants, water/wastewater treatment plants, data centers, or similar heavy infrastructure projects
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents
