W3Global in Pottstown, PA, seeks an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager for on-site leadership of fabrication and erection projects. You will coordinate with customers, engineers, detailers, fabricators, schedulers, and field crews to ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, reviewing drawings and RFIs, managing change orders, coordinating material deliveries, attending meetings, and maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with customers, engineers, detailers, fabricators, and field personnel.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using project management or construction management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, detailers, fabricators, subcontractors, schedulers, and field crews.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and deliverables.
• Review and track structural drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Prepare, submit, and track project change orders.
• Coordinate material and steel deliveries with schedulers and jobsite requirements.
• Attend project meetings and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Identify and resolve project issues in coordination with engineering, fabrication, and field teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet safety requirements, specifications, schedules, and budget targets.
