Commercial Contracting Corporation in Lake Orion, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator – Structural Steel. The role supports our steel construction operations, managing projects from budgeting and estimating through coordination, fabrication, erection, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel estimating or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience with design-build and negotiated work from scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for steel projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to develop budgets and pricing.
• Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage projects from award to closeout, including procurement and delivery.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
