Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from bid to completion. You will prepare estimates, analyze drawings, and coordinate with contractors and fabricators while guiding schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accurate cost control, and attention to detail to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural steel estimating and/or project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, or estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive bids.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Manage projects from award through fabrication, erection, and closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, fabricators, and field teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and overall project performance.
