Qualifikationen

• Industrial or structural steel painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of primers, paints and protective coating systems.
• Ability to operate spray equipment and surface prep tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare steel surfaces by removing rust, dirt, oil and mill scale.
• Apply primers and coatings using spray equipment, brushes or rollers.
• Ensure coatings meet thickness, coverage and specification requirements.
• Inspect finished work for runs, sags, pinholes and uneven coverage.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area.
