• Read and follow blueprints to establish material needs.
• Be able to lift 50/60+ lbs and 100 lbs as needed.
• Travel as required by the employer.
• High school diploma or equivalent and field apprenticeship/experience.
• Pass all pre-employment screening.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints to determine locations and sizes of materials.
• Connect columns, beams, and girders per directions.
• Align steel members for bolting or welding.
• Hoist steel beams/girders/columns using cranes and signaling.
• Cut or weld steel pieces with torches or welding equipment.
• Maintain and operate trade tools and equipment.
• Stack, load, and unload steel components.
