Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the Shop Management Team
• Seeking proactive solutions during fabrication
• Attending all required meetings
• Conducting employee performance reviews, interviews, and disciplinary actions
• Ensuring efficiency strategies are followed
• Implementing process improvements
• Maintaining safety standards and enforcing PPE use
• Coaching and training fabrication team members
• Upholding company policies and quality standards
• Ensuring certification compliance
• Maintaining good relationships with all company partners
