Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to establish project scope.
Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for steel, fabrication labor, detailing, coatings, freight, and subcontracted services.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Identify scope gaps and lead times affecting cost or delivery.
Prepare competitive proposals with defined inclusions and exclusions.
Manage awarded projects from contract review to fabrication and delivery.
Maintain budgets, schedules, procurement needs, and milestones.
Serve as primary customer contact for assigned projects.
Coordinate detailing, shop drawing approvals, RFIs, and revisions.
Monitor costs and progress; coordinate corrective actions.
Track change orders and delivery schedules.
