Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Machine Operator to set up and operate the burn table for plate materials, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will read CAD drawings, select machine settings, measure materials, and maintain safe, organized work areas while adhering to company values and customer-focused standards.

Experience with CNC machines and overhead cranes is preferred; flexibility, reliability, and teamwork are essential to deliver high performance.

Qualifications

• Skilled in interpreting CAD drawings, symbols, and notes.
• Ability to read tape measure to within 1/16".
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time.
• Must be able to identify different types and weights of steel.
• Possess attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and uphold our core values of being customer‑centric and problem solvers.
• Experience with CNC machines is preferred.
• Experience with operating overhead crane is preferred.

Responsibilities
