Responsibilities

• Conduct structural assessments, investigations, and condition evaluations of existing buildings and structures.
• Develop repair and retrofit strategies for aging or deteriorated structures.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for repairs and restorations.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors throughout design and construction phases.
• Perform site visits for evaluations, QA, and project oversight.
