Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM experience preferred.
• Active Florida P.E. license required (S.E. preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural evaluations of existing and damaged buildings, including field assessments (ladders, lifts, rooftops, confined spaces)
• Prepare as-built drawings, repair designs, and construction documentation in compliance with applicable codes
• Investigate structural conditions and develop repair strategies for damage related to fire, wind, flood, and impact events
• Lead project teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, and oversee QA/QC
• Support business development through client meetings and technical expertise
