The successful candidate will have experience analyzing and designing telecommunications towers, monopoles, rooftop installations, and related structures. As part of multidisciplinary project teams, this individual will prepare structural calculations and project documents, apply relevant codes, standards, and client requirements, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
This role offers the opportunity to expand technical expertise and professional judgment while taking greater ownership of project deliverables. Working closely with senior engineers and project managers, the Structural Project Engineer – Telecommunications will conduct field visits, evaluate existing structural conditions, and support project planning and delivery.
FPA’s Telecommunications Department provides multidisciplinary engineering services for telecommunications facilities and related infrastructure.
The Structural Project Engineer will support new installations, upgrades, and modifications using industry-standard structural analysis and design software. The successful candidate will balance multiple assignments while producing accurate, code-compliant work within established schedules.

The projected compensation range for this position is $89,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set. FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
