French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Telecommunications Department at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will design and analyze telecom structures, coordinate with clients and teams, and participate in field visits to gather data and verify conditions.

The role emphasizes ownership of project deliverables, adherence to codes, and collaboration with senior engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• EIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant structural engineering experience in telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for telecommunication towers, monopoles, rooftops, and related structures.
• Utilize engineering software such as O-Calc, RISA Tower, AutoCAD, and other industry tools to complete evaluations and reports.
• Review drawings, specs, and client standards to ensure code compliance and project requirements.
• Develop construction drawings, calculations, and documentation for installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to meet schedules.
• Conduct field visits and inspections to gather site data and verify conditions.
