Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Structural Project Engineer (PE) to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, state, and federal projects. The role emphasizes independent structural design execution and collaboration with senior engineers to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions across structures.

Location: Austin, TX or West Chester, PA. The position requires PE licensure, 4–12 years of experience, and willingness to travel 10–20% for site visits and project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Civil/Architectural Engineering with structural focus.
• PE license required; ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• 4–12 years of structural engineering experience, including independent design execution.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design tools (RAM or similar); AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Experience designing structural systems including concrete, steel, foundations and related elements.

Responsibilities

• Execute structural design and analysis with a high degree of independence, delivering accurate, well-documented calculations and technical reports.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and design deliverables from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, constructible designs.
• Coordinate QA/QC with internal reviewers and external partners.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations to support design development and client engagement.
