We are seeking a highly experienced structural engineering leader (SE required) with 10–20 years of experience to join our team. This full-time role is suited for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leading teams and delivering high-quality projects.
This position involves guiding and mentoring engineering staff while partnering with department leadership on strategic initiatives and business development. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute to both project execution and the continued growth of the structural department.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader interested in helping build and grow a new office presence, through establishment of a strong and collaborative team environment, involvement in staffing, business development, and client engagement.
Salary Range: $130,000 to $170,000
At Mackenzie, we work a hybrid office schedule; all staff work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
