The role is hybrid on‑site and can be based in Jacksonville or Sarasota, FL, with opportunities to influence project success and client relationships.

The position requires a ABET‑accredited engineering degree, 4+ years of post‑graduate structural experience, and Florida PE/SE licensure (multi‑state licensure may be required).

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited civil/structural engineering program required.
• Structural engineering emphasis preferred.
• Florida PE/SE licensure required; multi‑state licensure may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for municipal and infrastructure projects.
• Develop construction documents and technical reports with QA/QC.
• Coordinate designs with multi‑discipline teams and clients.
• Provide field support and construction phase guidance.
