Ramboll invites you to join our Structural Project Engineering team in the United States. You will work with a driven group of structural engineers and architects, applying engineering fundamentals to deliver quality designs and contract documents.

You will contribute to a broad range of projects, including industrial facilities, water infrastructure, and office buildings, while pursuing professional licensure and growing your expertise in FE methods and BIM with Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis software (Required)
• Experience with Autodesk Revit (Preferred)
• Successfully passed the FE exam (Required) with intent to pursue Professional Engineering Licensure within two years
• Gains knowledge through participation in technical societies and attendance at internal and external training programs

Responsibilities

• Completing assignments requiring a knowledge of engineering fundamentals and the application of these fundamentals to the production of engineering deliverables
• Executing a variety of engineering tasks including preparation of reports, investigatory studies, engineering design calculations and preparation of Contract Documents
• Maintaining routine communications with the project team members during proposal, design and construction phases of a project
• Reviewing schedules and budgets of projects under their supervision
• Preparing proposals and conducts efforts supporting business development activities
• Performing detailed checking of completed work performed under their direct supervision
• Visiting job sites to review work in progress, gain field experience, and advance practical engineering skills
