Job summary

Osborn Engineering in Pittsburgh seeks a Structural Project Engineer to join our growing office. You will contribute to structural design for new buildings and renovations, coordinate with clients and disciplines, and support a range of projects for private- and public-sector clients.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of consulting experience, and a strong background in structural analysis and design software. EIT or PE/SE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in structural design in consulting engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering; EIT/PE/SE preferred.
• Proactive and collaborative team member with strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design new building structures and alterations, renovations, and additions.
• Manage and coordinate projects with clients and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to assemble structural work products.
• Prepare structural integrity and assessment reports.
• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings; attend coordination meetings.
