The ideal candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of IBC, plan review of complex documents, and proficiency with mark-up software to resolve code-related issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) and construction codes.
• Knowledge of plan review and examining complex building construction documents.
• Ability to use digital design and plan review mark-up software (Bluebeam, ProjectDox, AutoCAD).
• Ability to provide written and verbal communication related to the Phoenix Building Construction Code.
