The role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, a engineering degree with 2+ years of experience, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

Lanteris Space is seeking a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Mountain View, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering functions related to the fabrication, assembly, and testing of spacecraft structures, panels and central cylinders.Responsibilities:* Create and release necessary documentation to fabricate, assemble, and test spacecraft structures, panels, and cylinders. Work with assembly technicians and other engineering personnel to ensure the highest quality product is produced in the most efficient manner possible.* Work with Tooling Engineers to determine tooling required to fabricate quality structures* Work with assembly technicians and engineering personnel to resolve issues that arise in production.* Perform Tooling Procurement duties on backlog and new programs as needed.Minimum Requirements* Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident* Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
