In this role, you will be responsible for the design and functioning of tooling related to the fabrication, assembly, and testing of spacecraft structures, panels and central cylinders.Responsibilities:* + Create and release necessary documentation to fabricate tooling used in the assembly and test spacecraft structures, panels, and cylinders. Work with assembly spacecraft designers and manufacturing engineering personnel build tooling to ensure the highest quality product is produced in the most efficient manner possible. + Work with assembly technicians and engineering personnel to resolve issues that arise in production due to tooling issues. + Perform Tooling Procurement duties on backlog and new programs as needed.Minimum Requirements* + Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident + Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
