Qualifications

• Four+ years of refinery maintenance/turnaround/construction experience.
• Knowledge of structural iron repair, maintenance methods, and PM practices.
• Ability to pass Craft Skills Test at 70% or NCCER certification.
• Familiarity with Matrix Service policies and required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports safety and core values.

• Coordinate inventory for structural crew tools, equipment, and hoses.
• Analyze complex structural ironwork projects and propose alternative strategies.
• Review project status and reallocate resources to meet schedules.
• Maintain awareness of OSHA safety standards for ironwork.
• Maintain Safety Accountability Procedures and high-quality work.
• Review crew JHA and participate in weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate effective supervision of crews and safety culture.
