HX5, LLC seeks an on-site Structural Strength Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering Technician in Huntsville, AL to support Redstone Arsenal lab work. Duties include assembling test articles, instrument installation, data collection, and interfacing with MSFC customers and team members.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, some science/engineering knowledge, and the ability to follow written instructions. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some practical knowledge of science or engineering and mathematics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble space flight test articles.
• Install/integrate instrumentation components (strain gauges, transducers, thermocouples, etc).
• Data collection and analysis; maintain networks and electrical assemblies.
• Operate in confined spaces and handle hazardous test articles.
• Interface with MSFC customers and test team members.
