Job summary

Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah is seeking a NP or PA to support Structural Heart Cardiology. You will see new patients, monitor inpatients, and manage routine visits in both clinic and hospital settings under physician oversight.

The role requires current APRN/PA licensure and certification, with cardiology experience or rotation exposure; weekend rounds are included with a 4-10 hour shift pattern. Intermountain Health offers a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current state license as APRN or PA.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP or PA in a cardiology setting.
• New grads can be considered with previous cardiology experience or rotations.

Responsibilities

• See new patients and monitor pre/post operative inpatients and routine visit patients.
• Work closely with physicians in clinic and hospital settings with oversight.
• Provide patient care at the top of licensure within scope of practice.
• Document clinical care accurately and timely.
• Continually learn and develop for optimal patient outcomes.
