You will coordinate scheduling, develop staff, and implement clinical protocols for a specialized structural heart team, reporting to Cardiology leadership.

You will oversee program development, support quality initiatives, and advance collaborative care in an academic health system renowned for patient outcomes and research.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Massachusetts licensure and certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant including controlled substance authorization.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two additional years in a management/leadership or clinical education role preferred.
