Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Manager for Structural Heart in Worcester, MA. This blended clinical and leadership role combines patient care with program coordination, scheduling, protocol development, and quality initiatives within a multidisciplinary structural heart team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduate degree in PA Studies.
• Current Massachusetts licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, including controlled substance authorization.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two additional years of experience in a management, leadership, or clinical education role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services and APP development.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for complex cardiovascular patients.
• Lead scheduling, protocol development, and quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and administrative leadership.
• Support program growth and leadership within the structural heart team.
