Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Structural Flux-Core Welders in Boise, Idaho. You will perform structural steel welding in shop and field settings, following WPS and welding symbols, with FCAW welding and tight quality standards.

Travelers 60+ miles from jobsite receive $100 per diem and up to $35/hour pay. The role requires pass weld tests and experience with heavy fabrication; AWS certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must pass weld tests.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication.
• AWS or other recognized structural welding certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural steel welding in fabrication shop environment.
• Weld light and heavy beams, columns, and structural assemblies.
• Perform FCAW/Flux-Core welding per project specifications.
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Read and interpret structural drawings and welding symbols.
• Maintain production and weld quality.
