S&T Manufacturing Co. in Tulsa, OK is hiring Structural Fitters, Structural Welders, MIG Welders, Flux-Core Welders and Fabricators for immediate openings. This is a Go-To-Work opportunity with quick progress based on experience.

The contract-to-hire position is onsite in Tulsa with first shift hours. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental & vision, plus a 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Structural fitting experience preferred.
• MIG welding experience required.
• Flux‑Core welding experience required.
• Blueprint reading skills needed.
• Fabrication experience required.
• Candidates with 6+ months welding experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and fit structural steel frames, skids, platforms and supports.
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints and weld symbols.
• Measure, cut, fit and align structural steel components.
• Perform tack welding and production welding.
• Use grinders, saws, tape measures and fabrication tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Work with welders and production teams to meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
