Qualifications

Proven experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specs.
Ability to fit, align, and assemble structural steel components.
Familiarity with metalworking techniques and welding basics.
Physically capable of handling heavy materials and tools.
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to fit, align, and assemble structural steel components.
Measure, cut, and shape metal materials using saws, torches, and other tools.
Assemble and install steel beams, columns, and other structural components.
Ensure components are aligned and secured to specifications.
Operate welding equipment to complete fitting tasks and inspect finished work.
