This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or fabrication environment.

Essential Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Lay out, fit, align, and assemble structural steel components.
• Measure, mark, and position materials using hand and power tools.
• Tack weld components as needed before final welding.
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment safely.
• Inspect fitted assemblies to ensure proper dimensions and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements/Skills:
