You will read shop drawings, lay out assemblies, and prepare parts for welding while working in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work independently, think creatively, and maintain high-quality workmanship is essential to meet production schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Must pass welding test and be 2G certified.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings to understand production process and weld symbols.
• Layout fabrication assemblies and fit parts to them.
• Complete welds using MIG and inspect weld quality.
• Cut parts with oxy-fuel or plasma torch and grind where required.
• Maintain safe operations and adhere to quality standards.
